You don't need another productivity hack, you need deep rest!

Discover a simple practice (Yoga Nidra) that helps you release tension, clear mental fog, and restore the energy and focus you need to thrive — in as little as 10 minutes a day.

 Let's talk about stress

We all experience it to varying degrees.

Often, there’s little we can do about the stressors we face. Many people don’t realize the many harms linked to unaddressed chronic stress.

Or if they do, they struggle to do anything about it because they’re so stressed out! Sound familiar?

You don’t need to eliminate stress (nor CAN you).

You simply need a way to release it, consistently.

Perhaps you’ve tried all the “right” things to relax more:

  • You signed up for yoga classes (but never went because you were too exhausted).
  • You bought some supplements to help you sleep better (but they either didn't work or you kept forgetting to take them).
  • You tried meditation but found it hard, uncomfortable (or you haven't tried it because it seems weird).

Or maybe you get sucked into activities that feel relaxing at first, like:

  • doom scrolling for hours
  • binge watching Netflix
  • drinking too much wine...

But in the end, you feel more drained & less motivated.

Your mind won’t turn off.

You wake up at 3am, buzzing with to-do lists and deadlines.

You struggle to make even simple decisions.

You’re exhausted but wired.

Running on willpower during the week and crashing hard on the weekends.

 Cue the burnout

You can feel your edge slipping.

Your body is showing signs of stress overload

  • headaches
  • aches and pains
  • high blood pressure
  • brain fog
  • digestive problems
  • skin conditions...

And the more you try to push through, the worse it gets.

What you need is a practice that works with your depleted energy, not against it.

  I get it!

Hi, I'm Stephanie. I spent years pushing hard — earning an MBA, building a corporate career, raising a family, and eventually running my own business.

I prided myself on being capable and in control… until my body said no more.

A bout of chronic, debilitating back pain forced me to slow down, and that changed everything.

That turning point led me to discovering the mind-body connection, yoga, and eventually Yoga Nidra meditation (a stress-relieving activity that didn’t feel like more work)

 What's Yoga Nidra?

It's a form of easy (and enjoyable) meditation typically done LYING DOWN!

After my very first experience, I felt calmer, clearer, and more energized.

I wanted more!

 So I dove into learning...

I discovered that Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness that hovers on the edge between sleep and wakefulness.

You can reach the state of Yoga Nidra using a bunch of different techniques that help your brainwave state shift — from beta to alpha, and then to theta and delta.

Through a lot of trial and error, I discovered what actually works: a consistent, supported Yoga Nidra practice.

After years of stress-related symptoms, I finally found something that made me feel better that I could STICK to doing regularly.

Something that restored my energy without draining it.

And now I want to share that exact process with you.

Yoga Nidra is different than other types of meditation

For starters, you get really comfy (usually lying down). No sitting on the floor with an upright spine (unless you want to).

Secondly, you don't need to "clear your mind." Yoga Nidra works with your busy brain, not against it.

You’re guided the whole way, and the journey doesn’t have to be the same every time (if your brain loves variety).

All you do is simply lie down & listen.

Some people feel more rested and start getting better sleep in as little as one session.  Like Jay...

But while occasional practice helps, real transformation takes consistency.

 But consistency can be hard...

The quality of practices available online vary wildly.

Some aren’t really Yoga Nidra at all.

You can waste so much precious time just trying to choose which recording to play. (Decision fatigue is real — especially when you're exhausted!)

Frequently Asked Questions

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation where you settle into a supremely comfortable position and simply listen. It is typically done lying down, but may also be done seated.

In a Yoga Nidra session, I guide you on an inner journey using various body, breath and awareness techniques that help you release physical tension and quiet the mind so that you can descend into gradually-deeper brainwave states that support rest and restoration.

Then you spend time in the deeply-relaxed, healing state, hovering between sleep and awake, before being guided back to regular, fully awake consciousness (unless it's a session designed specifically for bedtime, which would not include guiding back to wakefulness at the end).

Many different techniques can be used to reach the state of Yoga Nidra. Rest to Restore helps you explore various techniques systematically and find ones that work especially well for you.

Of course! I hope you do. I've provided a sample Yoga Nidra session, just below these FAQs.

Absolutely. Yoga Nidra is one of the most beginner-friendly practices. If you can lie down and listen, you can do this.

And actually, many of my students who’d ‘failed’ at meditation before found this was the first one they could stick with.

I get it! You're not alone—most self-paced online programs have very low completion rates. That's why I designed this program to be simple, well-supported and do-able.

Upon sign up, you get immediate access to one intro lesson (a 20-minute video, or read the transcript) and module 1. Then the other modules (2-8) drip out week-by-week to avoid overwhelm. Each module includes a super-brief intro and:
⇨two Yoga Nidras (one short, one medium)
That's it—so it easily fits into real life.

There's only 8 modules of content, and you have a full year of access and support (so you have lots of breathing room to explore the content at your own pace). And, the Yoga Nidras and Journal+Tracker are downloadable, so you can keep those forever if you like.

Most importantly, this isn’t just a content library. You’ll have built-in accountability and support, including:
⇨weekly emails for 8 weeks, then monthly nudge emails after that
⇨weekly check-in form (optional), and
⇨direct access to me.
(And participants all seem to love colouring in the little hearts 🤍 in the Tracker after each practice!)

All of these pieces work together to help you stay engaged throughout the program.

You'll have direct access to me throughout the first 8 weeks (or the time it takes you to complete the 8 modules) via the check-in form. And, you can contact me throughout the entire year via the course platform if it’s something that everyone would benefit from, or via email if you’d rather our conversation be private.

The check-in form is optional but highly recommended. I read through these forms every week, replying to any questions and occasionally sending personalized messages to address any challenges or just to cheer you on!

You’ll have a year to move through 8 modules of content, so there’s lots of built-in breathing room. Plus the 16 Yoga Nidra practices and the Tracker+Journal are downloadable and yours to keep forever.

Rest to Restore is designed to work even in the busiest schedule.

My aim is to support you in developing the habit of practicing Yoga Nidra every day (or almost every day). Just 10 minutes a day is enough to notice real changes in energy, mood, and sleep. If you want to go deeper, you’ll have the 20-30 minute options too.

Not everyone wants to practice every day, though. You'll notice benefits even if you practice once a week.

Yes, you could practice on your own. There is indeed a lot of free content available on YouTube and in various apps, some of it quite good. I even have a YouTube channel myself where you can learn about Yoga Nidra and listen to some sessions.

But if you’re like most people, it’s hard to stick with regular practice and make the progress you want all on your own. Initial spark fades fast. It’s not that you’re UNmotivated, it’s that you’re trying to navigate something deep and personal… without a map.

Also, some of the free Yoga Nidra content online is NOT that great, or may even be labelled as Yoga Nidra when it’s not really that. The sound quality may be poor, and there may even be annoying or jarring interruptions from ads.

So for most people, DIYing it often leads to inconsistent practice, confusion, and eventually falling off the habit — because developing a steady Yoga Nidra practice isn’t just about having access to Yoga Nidra recordings, it’s about having access to the right recordings at the right time, and having support to make the habit stick.

Yoga Nidra is suitable and safe for most people. However, the practice may present some risk for individuals with a history of severe trauma, anxiety or depression; if this applies to you, please check with your health professional before participating, and consider doing private sessions so that they can be customized for your unique needs.

Yoga Nidra is not recommended for individuals with mental illnesses involving psychosis or a distorted sense of reality.

As with many of the best things in life, like sunsets and puppies (if you 🤍 puppies like I do), words cannot adequately capture how wonderful they make you feel—you need to experience them for yourself.

That's how it is with Yoga Nidra. You really just need to give it a try (below).
