What if you had a simple tool to reach for when your mind won't settle?

You know all the things you're supposed to do for better sleep. But sometimes it's already bedtime and it's too late to do any of them now.

And you're tired.

Your body is ready for sleep. But your mind is NOT.

Yoga Nidra meditation gives your busy mind something to follow, helping it slow down so sleep can come.

What is Yoga Nidra?

It's a guided meditation practice, typically done lying down. You can practice right in bed at night-time.

But it isn't just for bedtime. Daytime Yoga Nidra can give you an opportunity for deep, restorative rest—particularly valuable after a poor night's sleep.

No previous experience with meditation required. If you can lie down and listen, you can do this!

A bit about me

Hi, I’m Stephanie Hahn. I spent years pushing myself hard—raising a family, earning an MBA, building a business—until my body hit a wall.

It wasn’t until a bout of chronic pain forced me to slow down that I discovered the truth: Mind and body are connected, and unchecked stress wreaks havoc on your health.

Discovering Yoga Nidra was a turning point for my health and well-being, and now I'm keen to spread the word about this transformative, ancient (and easy!) practice.

Stop waiting for the "right" time to take action and improve your sleep.

You don't need the perfect time.  You don't need a LOT of time.

You just need to begin (with an easy tool like Yoga Nidra).

Better sleep and more energy awaits...

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation where you settle into a supremely comfortable position and simply listen. It is typically done lying down, but may also be done seated, or even walking mindfully.

Yoga Nidra literally means "yogic sleep," but it is not actually sleep as we know it. It's a state of consciousness that hovers between sleep and wakefulness, where you remain alert and aware while being deeply relaxed at the same time.

Yoga Nidra is suitable and safe for most people. However, the practice may present some risk for individuals with a history of severe trauma, anxiety or depression; if this applies to you, please check with your health professional before participating, and consider doing private sessions so that they can be customized for your unique needs. Yoga Nidra is not recommended for individuals with mental illnesses involving psychosis or a distorted sense of reality.
