What Happens in a Circle?
GENTLE YOGA
We'll do some gentle yoga to help release tension & stuck energy in the body in preparation for the stillness of Yoga Nidra (with chair yoga options provided).
YOGA NIDRA
During a 35-45 minute Yoga Nidra, you'll lie (or sit) comfortably & simply listen—resting deeply & supporting your body's natural healing processes.
JOURNALING & MINDFUL DOODLING
You'll pause to notice what you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally & capture those insights on paper.
SHARING
You will have the opportunity to share what you've experienced using the chat feature (optional) & be a supportive witness to what other participants share.

A BIT ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Stephanie Hahn...
- I'm a yoga and meditation teacher (since 2007), and energy worker (since 2014).
- I discovered and fell in love with Yoga Nidra about 5 years ago and have been studying and practicing almost every day since.
- I've researched and written 100+ articles for a leading health magazine on topics including the science of establishing strong habits, the importance of gratitude and optimism, the power of affirmations, and how to keep your brain healthy as you age.
- I have an MBA with a focus in marketing, and 25+ years of experience in the business and not-for-profit sectors, including as an Executive Director for environmental and arts organizations.
